We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior analyst to lead our newly formed team of financial analysts in Cluj, Romania. We’ll trust you to: Help recruit, manage, and supervise a team of financial analysts and their work product, which involves extracting business and financial data from companies’ financial reports and organising / structuring this to fit the Analytics platform. Leverage your credit and accounting knowledge by reviewing and training less experienced members of the credit research team responsible of preparing financial and analytical models based upon FinDox’s proprietary technology. Review detailed financial models built by the team (including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capital Structure, Relative Performance metrics and Ratio Analysis) employing extracted data and bespoke data models. Monitor and review receipt of financial data feeds from third-party vendors. Build industry and subject matter expertise and technical skills to generate product enhancements. Partner with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including Developers and Sales to support product development initiatives. Communicate and assist clients in resolving ad-hoc queries a timely manner. Contribute ideas toward our evolving suite of products and processes, which makes the role challenging and entrepreneurial. You’ll need to have: Seven years of relevant experience in finance from an investment or commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, private investment firm, or auditing / financial consulting experience operating to international standards.
